Order
How can I place an order?
Clothing order at UniQ is very simple. You only need the following steps:-

The size pick
When you have chosen a product that you would like to order, you must first select your size. These can be selected in the dropdown menu next to the product. Not sure what size you need in a garment? Consult our size advice page.
• The product to basket
If you know the size for the product that you have selected, you want to order this product in your shopping cart do. You do this by pressing the green button "place in shopping cart" button. When you use the product in the shopping cart review you can choose to continue shopping or immediately to settle. If you choose to continue shopping and you decide to order a product, then you must repeat steps 1 and 2.
• Settle
If you choose to go checkout, you get the contents of the shopping cart to see. Click on the green button "checkout".
• New customer or returning customer
After clicking on the button 'checkout' button there are two possibilities: you are a new customer UniQ or you are a returning customer. If you are a returning customer and you have a previous order created an account, you only need your e-mail address and password to enter to proceed to the payment menu, your address details are indeed already known to us. • Confirmation
All that remains now is to confirm your order. We recommend that you first check everything again. You can step through the ordering process again check at back button. Is everything correct? Confirm your order then. Then you depending on your chosen payment method is redirected to the payment page where you can pay your new clothes.
How can I search for a product?
Search for a product may UniQ a number of ways:-

Navigation through the menus
Using the top menu on our website and through the images, you can easily select the product categories so you can quickly find what you're looking for. For example, select to men or women clothing, garments select by category or view clothing by brand.

If you have made a selection in the top menu you can further refine your search. For example, search by price, color, size, brand and category.
• Search bar
Above the top menu is a search bar to find. Enter a subject to find the products which you are looking for!
How can I track my order?
If you have placed an order, it will be transferred to GLS. Then you will love us an e-mail with a track & trace code online so you can see where your order is.Can I cancel my order

How does a payment with credit card?
Credit card is easy and secure, we accept the following credit cards: Mastercard and the Visa Card. Credit card information you enter on UniQ a secure SSL server. This is indicated by the closed padlock at the top of your screen. If the credit card issuer has authorized the payment, we will send the product ordered by you. Due to the high safety standards that we use is a payment by credit card at UniQ a highly secure payment method.
