Cost

The cost of return shipment shall be borne by the consumer and can never be recovered from Uniq Clothing. All returns must be sufficiently stamped.

Packing

The consumer (buyer) is responsible for the proper return of the items. The respective returns must be in original and undamaged packaging. If the items are damaged or already used, Uniq Clothing has the right to charge a charge which shall be passed on to consumers / users. You as a consumer can avoid this by relating items unused and in original undamaged packaging to be returned.

Excluded from return
• Damaged, used or washed items;
• Underwear when the packaging is opened;
• Items without labels and / or any original packaging;
• Gift Certificates.

We also recommend you to select the items you wish to return in a smoky room or kitchen store. If we articles with a scent strength returned, we may charge a fee for bringing these articles are no longer to sell. With confirmation of the fact that you damaged items or items without label have received, you can contact our customer service. You can do this by using the live chat, e-mail address or the phone number on the website. Once the return item in good condition has arrived to us, we will refund the purchase price within 9 business days for your account to repay.
